Steps for Ordering WPC Products (Wood Plastic Composite)
First, customers select products from the Watsadu Niyom WPC product groups, which are divided by type and category as shown in the table below.

The ordering process is divided into two groups: “customers who purchase products and use our installation service” and “customers who purchase products for self-installation.” The steps differ only slightly, as shown in the table below.

| 1. | Tell the sales team the details of the products you wish to purchase, such as the product type, product category, product series, and required quantity. If you do not know the quantity, you may provide information so that we can assist you. | |
| 2. | The sales team prepares a product quotation. Once agreement has been reached, the customer pays a 50% deposit for the products and installation service. | The sales team prepares a product quotation. Once agreement has been reached, the customer transfers 100% of the product price (for custom-made products or products that must await production, the customer must first pay a 50% product deposit). |
| 3. | The foreman team visits to inspect site readiness and confirm the work area. | Once the customer has completed payment, the delivery team will advise the delivery date and time or arrange a product collection appointment. |
| 4. | The foreman team arranges the delivery date and installation date with the customer. | |
| 5. | Once installation is complete, the foreman will hand over the completed work for the customer to inspect. | |
| 6. | Once the work has been handed over, the customer pays the remaining balance for the products and installation service in full. | |
