Warranty

• SPC flooring quality warranty: 15 years for residential / 5 years for indoor commercial use, subject to the company's conditions
• Warranted against surface delamination under normal use
• Lifetime warranty against termite damage to the SPC core
• Expansion and contraction warranted not to exceed 1% under normal use at average temperatures up to 45°C
• Warranty covers the SPC flooring only, excluding installation accessories such as trims, skirting and end profiles
• 1-year installation warranty from handover, only where the company carries out the installation
• Must be installed indoors only (residential, or indoor commercial areas under normal use)
• Not covered: scratches, black marks, cracks or breaks from sharp or heavy objects dropped or pressed on the floor, or black rubber marks from chair castors or trolleys; incorrect installation or an uneven subfloor (more than 3 mm high or low per 1 m²), or fixed furniture installed over the floor; damage during construction or renovation by others; water trapped under the floor, leaks, seeping or burst pipes, or flooding; installation outdoors, on balconies, in connecting corridors or by pools; fading or colour change from strong direct sunlight; damage from pets; high heat from appliances or underfloor heating; installation, removal or modification by anyone other than Watsaduniyom staff; and failure to install according to the manufacturer's instructions
