• Not covered: incorrect installation or failure to follow usage instructions; improper storage or lack of care; natural disasters; movement or failure of the supporting structure or foundations; chemical, resin or mould stains; misuse; and natural or batch-to-batch variation in colour or grain
• Buyers and installers must check colour, grain and quality before installation; the company does not accept claims for damage caused by installation
• The company covers coordination and documentation costs only, excluding transport, removal and reinstallation; a delivery note or receipt must be presented
• After a claim is received, the company will send staff to inspect and report the result within 45 days; if covered, replacement product of the closest size and colour will be supplied according to the product liability value table
