High-Rise Lath Installation, 42 Floors

High-rise WPC lath installation on a 42-storey office building facade. This project required specialized high-altitude installation techniques, engineered access platforms, and wind-load calculations to ensure safe installation at extreme heights.

The WPC panels were pre-cut and assembled at ground level into modular sections, then hoisted and mounted using a custom aluminum track system. Each section was secured with stainless steel fasteners rated for high-rise wind loads, ensuring long-term durability at altitude.
